Don't let bad fitness habits stop your progress
A lot of people who work out at the gym have bad habits even they themselves have no clue they’re bad. They would go about their fitness training program everyday just to find out they’re not making any strides.
These habits are not only bad habits, but they’re also bad choices that could affect long-term health. If you’re guilty of any one of these, it’s time to make a change.
1. Working Out on an Empty Stomach
The old theory used to be that you should train on an empty stomach in order to burn more fat. There are conflicting studies on whether this is true, but I’m in the camp that believes you should give your body fuel before you push it to the max.
